    I have to be honest I was never a devout fan, but the worldwide reaction is really moving. So I've spent the better half of my day watching most his videos, haha. It seems his life meant less stardom and pop to most people and more something elusive of definition.

    Is there an heir to the throne? If so, who? Or has era of "musical royalty" passed with the weakening of record labels, CD sales, etc. blah blah blah?
