This is interesting. However, it pertains to only one of the issues concerning an individual's decision to consume organic foods. This study won't greatly affect consumption of organic foods because many people share a common belief that food is intended to be spared of materials that, in and of themselves, are unhealthy for consumption. It's possible, too, that some individual eating habits are formed out of the sense of guilt experienced when organic food advocates present eating organically as a moral obligation (in the name of sparing other animals from exposure to harmful materials, protecting our water supplies from dangerous runoff, etc.)
I am a recent recipient of a BA in History from a small liberal arts college in our nation's heartland. I was in born in the title year of what was probably George Orwell's most famous book. I love my country and the State of New Jersey (despite currently living in New York) and the occasional round of golf. I also love the Philadelphia Flyers.
