Iran Readies First Nuclear Fuel Plant

I'm pretty sure people are deceiving themselves if they believe that the Iranians will engage seriously in nuclear talks. At this point, I'm convinced that Ahmadinejad is as insincere as they come. And I am far from convinced that a new administration with an incredible "change" PR wing and a wave of popularity means something substantive in terms of talking down Iranians from enriching uranium.
