Durbin says we will have Obama's Supreme Court nominee this week, possibly as early as Tuesday. Gingrich says this nominee will be the test of Obama's Notre Dame speech, a measure of his sincerity.
Also Gingrich not thinking about running in 2012 until 2011. He would not disavow the possibility of a 2012 run. Interesting.
