Obama's Cart Is In Front Of His Horse

There have been a few voices of dissent in my subtle cheerleading of Dick Cheney and those who question Obama's anti-terror approach. To them I ask: how can we consider closing down Guantanamo without a plan in place that deals with the myriad complexities that arise in its closing? Obama has put the cart in front of the horse here, and it was a coldly calculated political decision (how un-Obama...), one that lacks foresight or strategy (even more unlike Obama!). I think Americans (and Congress) deserve to know what will come of the 200-odd detainees, many of whom are known-terrorists (a word Obama seems unwilling to use) before we sign on to this half-assed plan. Come on!
